Tips & tricks for large groups

Are you planning an adventure with a larger group? Whether it's a club outing or a company team - with Foxtrail GO you are flexible. We have put together some tried-and-tested tips for you to ensure that your experience runs smoothly and excitingly:

1. flexibility instead of fixed start times

There are no fixed start times at Foxtrail GO – that means you decide for yourself when and how you set off. Ideal for groups who appreciate a certain freedom in planning.

2. divide teams in advance

We recommend splitting up into smaller teams of 2 to 8 people in advance. This allows you to keep an overview and better coordinate who starts when.

3. staggered start for smooth play

To ensure that the groups don’t get in each other’s way, it’s best to plan a staggered start of 10-15 minutes per team. This keeps the game exciting – and the clues on the trail freely accessible.

4. cooperation with competition - the best of both worlds

Foxtrail GO is a so-called “coopetition”:
All participants in a team play against each other and try to develop the best robot individually. At the same time, the points per team are calculated at the end so that a direct comparison between the teams is possible.
This keeps the ambition high – both within the teams and between the teams!

Our tip:

Turn your GO event into a small tournament – with an award ceremony, prizes or simply lots of applause for the most creative, cleverest or fastest team!
